Crescent Distributions, LLC (D.B.A. Crescent Canna) will ship via USPS. We offer three shipping options:
- USPS Ground Advantage™: 3–7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail®: 1–3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express®: 1-2 business days
Shipping to Customers in the Contiguous U.S.
For customers shipping to anywhere in the contiguous U.S. (i.e. the lower 48 states), we offer FREE USPS Ground Advantage® shipping on orders over $99 (after applied discounts) and $5 flat-rate shipping on orders under $99.
Shipping to Customers in Non-Contiguous U.S. Locations
For customers shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, USVI and other non-contiguous U.S locations, shipping rates depend on whether the order contains a beverage product.
- If the order does NOT contain beverages, we offer FREE USPS Ground Advantage™ shipping on orders over $99 (after applied discounts) and $5 flat-rate shipping on orders under $99.
- If the order does contain beverages, the order will be subject to true shipping rates based on weight.
Shipping cost estimates are provided at checkout.
We do not ship products internationally.
USPS Ground Advantage®, Priority Mail®, and Priority Mail Express® orders are shipped within one to two business days with the exception of federal holidays and weekends. You have until 9 am ET the next business day to make changes to your order once placed. To ensure timely delivery of Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express orders, changes cannot be guaranteed to orders after they are placed. Please carefully review Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express orders before placing them to verify your address and other information are correct.
Crescent Canna is not responsible for delays or obstructions beyond its reasonable control. Crescent Canna does not assume responsibility for lost packages, regardless of whether tracking information states that a package was delivered, meaning the preferred courier service successfully delivered the package to the intended address. In the case that a package is sent to a seemingly incorrect address, the customer will assume responsibility for the cost of re-shipping if the address was originally provided by said customer.

If you’re dissatisfied with a product you’ve purchased from this website, you may return the item within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

Return Policy Exclusion
For a return and refund to be guaranteed under this policy, it must meet the following requirements:
- The product must have been purchased from crescentcanna.com. If a product was purchased in a store or from a third party website, it is not eligible for refund via this policy.
- It must be the first time you have ordered this product.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days from delivery of the order.
- Bundles, cannabis powders, and Crescent 9 beverages are excluded from this policy unless an incorrect product is received or the product arrives damaged.
Any order canceled prior to shipping will receive a full refund.
