By using crescentcanna.com (the “Site”), operated by Crescent Distributions, Inc. (“we,” “us”), or buying from our online store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

21 and older only

You must be at least 21 to use the Site or buy our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 or older. We may ask for age verification and may cancel any order we cannot verify.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current.
• Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think your account or login has been compromised.
• You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Closing an account does not cancel any amount you owe.

Where we sell

We ship only within the United States and U.S. territories we list in our Shipping & Returns policy. Product availability varies by state, and we do not sell or ship products where prohibited by law. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live. We may cancel orders to restricted locations and may stop selling any product if laws change.

Products

Prices, descriptions and availability can change without notice. Product photos and graphics are for reference only and may differ from the product you receive.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, resale, pricing or listing errors, or legal restrictions. If we cancel after you are charged, we refund you.
• After you order, we email you a receipt confirming we received it. The receipt does not mean we have accepted the order.
• All order emails go to the email address you enter at checkout.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you place your order.
• Payment is processed by our payment processor at checkout, or by another method we offer, such as bank transfer for bulk orders.
• If a payment fails or is refused, we do not have to fill the order, and we may recover any related costs.
• Products are not yours until we receive full payment.

Discounts, promotions and coupons

• Discounts and promotions are offered at our discretion, are subject to availability, and may be limited to a set time or while supplies last. We may change or end any discount or promotion at any time, including before its stated expiration.
• A discount or promotion we have offered before does not entitle you to it again.
• Discounts apply to the product subtotal, before shipping and taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Unless stated otherwise, deadlines are based on Eastern Time.
• A coupon must be used as and when stated on the coupon or offer. Any rules stated there take priority over these.
• A coupon applies in full at checkout and cannot be partly used. A single-use coupon can be used once.
• Coupons cannot be combined unless stated.
• Expired coupons have no value. Coupons have no cash value, and you get no credit or refund if a coupon is worth more than your order.
• Coupons are for personal use only. Copying, selling or trading coupons is not allowed.
• If coupon rules are broken, we may refuse or cancel the order.

Shipping, delivery and returns

• Delivery times are estimates. We rely on shipping carriers and cannot guarantee delivery times.
• Check your package when it arrives and contact us promptly about any problems. You may refuse a package that is visibly damaged.
• We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete order details. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping is at your cost.

Product disclaimers

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a doctor before use if you have a medical condition or take medication. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Use may result in a positive drug test. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Use products only as directed on the label.

Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own and accurate, and you give us permission to use, display and share it in connection with our business. We may remove submissions that are unlawful, off-topic, spam, or break our review guidelines.

Acceptable use

Use the Site only for its intended purpose and in line with the law. Do not misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, using bots or scrapers, attempting unauthorized access, or buying products for resale without a wholesale agreement with us. We may block access, cancel orders or report misconduct to authorities if you break these rules.

Content and trademarks

All Site content, including logos, images, text, trademarks and our brand names, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Service interruptions

The Site may be unavailable at times for maintenance or updates, or for reasons outside our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site at any time.

No warranties

The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, beyond those stated in our Shipping & Returns policy. We do not guarantee that Site content is accurate, complete or current, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or viruses. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Crescent Distributions, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees and partners from any claims, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or content submitted from your account.

Disputes

If you have a problem with an order or the Site, contact us first at [email protected] with a short description and your order details. We respond promptly and will work with you to resolve it. This does not limit your right to take legal action.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

General

• If we do not enforce a term, we have not waived our right to enforce it later.
• We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms. You may not transfer yours without our written permission.
• If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect, and the invalid part will be applied as closely to its intent as the law allows.
• These terms, together with our Shipping & Returns policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and replace any earlier agreements.
• Terms that by their nature should continue after your account closes, including warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification, will continue.

We may update these terms at any time. The last updated date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
