If Congress doesn't act soon, hemp-derived THC products will become illegal on
December 11, 2026
— meaning your favorite Crescent Canna THC drinks and edibles will disappear from stores and online entirely.
But a solution is on the table. The bipartisan Lawful Hemp Protection Act creates a smart regulatory framework instead of a blanket ban.
We support this legislation. Tell your members of Congress to do the same.

All bulk orders ship on a pallet. Pallet orders ship by freight truck, so if you don’t have a forklift or loading dock (which most people don’t!) we’ll have it delivered with a liftgate.
Federal hemp rules change on December 11. Here’s what that means and what to do before then.
On December 11, 2026, a new federal definition of hemp takes effect. It limits total THC to 0.4 mg per container, effectively banning all hemp-derived THC products.
If Congress does not step in and the rule takes effect, hemp-derived THC products like Crescent 9 THC Seltzer will no longer be available online or in stores after December 11.
Reserve a bulk order by December 9 to make sure you’re stocked for prohibition. We’ll send an invoice with payment instructions, and your order ships once your payment is received.
Pick your size and your flavor mix. This reserves your order. It isn’t a payment.
We’ll email an invoice with payment instructions within one business day.
Once your payment is received, your order ships. Shipping runs through December 9.
This is a reservation request, not a payment. Orders are shipped after payment is received. No refunds. No returns. All sales final.
In November 2025, Congress rewrote the federal definition of hemp in the bill that ended the government shutdown. Starting December 11, 2026, hemp products with more than 0.4 mg of total THC per container will be banned. The deadline has already moved once, from November 12, and lawmakers are still debating a permanent fix.
Until December 11, hemp-derived THC is still legal to buy under current federal law. After that, sales stop unless Congress acts. You can make your voice heard in about two minutes.
Yes, unless Congress changes the law first. A federal rewrite of the hemp definition takes effect on December 11, 2026, and would remove most hemp-derived THC drinks and edibles from the legal market. Lawmakers are still debating bills that would replace it with regulation.
December 11, 2026. The original date was November 12, 2026, but it was delayed by Congress.
It is the new federal cap on what counts as hemp. A finished product can hold no more than 0.4 mg of total THC per container. All Crescent 9 THC Seltzers are over this limit.
If the law takes effect as written, most hemp-derived THC drinks can no longer be sold. Industry estimates suggest about 95% of the hemp products on the market today would be affected. A fix from Congress is the only thing that changes that.
Not online or in stores, if the ban takes effect. Hemp-derived THC products like Crescent 9 would no longer be sellable anywhere.
It’s possible, but nobody can promise it. The funding bill that set December 11 also runs out that day, so Congress has to act on funding again before then.
Yes. There are multiple bills being debated that would delay or repeal the change. Action in Congress is always a longshot so the best chance is the funding bill that must pass before December 11 to avoid a government shutdown.
Yes. Until December 11, 2026, hemp-derived Delta-9 THC that meets the current federal definition (no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight) is legal federally. State laws vary, and some states have their own deadlines, so check yours.
If the ban takes effect, Crescent 9 in its current form would not be sold online or in stores.
It’s a reasonable move if you want to keep drinking them, since the future is uncertain. If Congress delays or replaces the ban, you’ll have stocked up early. If it doesn’t, this is your last chance. No business can guarantee future availability.

Because large volume orders have a high rate of fraud abuse, we unfortunately cannot accept credit card payments on bulk orders. You can still pay quickly and electronically by bank transfer.
All bulk orders, 30 or 50 cases, ship on a pallet by freight truck. To receive one, you’ll need a loading dock, a forklift, or lift gate delivery.
Most payments clear within 2 business days, but it depends on your bank. Pay as soon as you get your invoice. Orders are allocated in the order payments clear.
Reservations close on December 9, 2026. We can’t promise stock or shipping after December 9.
